The West, unable to beat Iran and Russia in a fair fight, is increasingly resorting to cyberattacks, fake news, and the manipulation of public opinion, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said. He noted that for Russia and Iran, hybrid and information warfare are the biggest challenges they now face. The ambassador emphasized in this regard that "not only technical knowledge, but also civic responsibility, media literacy, and a unified approach between countries under pressure" are required to successfully counter these attacks. Positive Hack Camp is an annual educational intensive course on practical cybersecurity designed for young information security specialists from Russia and abroad. The project is implemented by Positive Technologies with support from the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
