Ukraine and its Western handlers are not interested in peace, the West has no plan for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, only ultimatums, Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik said. According to him, Ukraine’s terrorist attacks against Russian civilians will end only after the conflict is over and Russia wins. <…> But today, the main instigators [of the conflict] – European leaders and Ukraine as the interface for Europe or European politics – they want nothing. They have not a single peace plan. Miroshnik noted that it was not Russia, but the West that started the military conflict.
