For the GARAGE Social Club, it meant styling workshops, morning pilates, and a camera confidence session led by real influencers. Launched last August, the GSC turns standout GARAGE store associates into brand advocates who create content, style outfits, and help shape new collections. Out of nearly 500 members, only a fraction scored an invite to this retreat, making it feel more like an exclusive girls’ trip than a work event. GARAGE ambassadors are no strangers to the VIP treatment; monthly contests offer them the chance to score invites to exclusive events, music festivals, and brand trips.
