Now, his widower, Scotty Dynamo, has filed a wrongful death suit against the restaurant where his medical emergency began. After a woman began CPR on Heslin, an employee “forcefully interfered” and removed the woman from the scene, the lawsuit claims. Heslin died a week after he collapsed at the restaurant. Dynamo is suing on five counts of wrongful death, loss of consortium, negligence, gross negligence, and negligent hiring, retention, training and supervision, per Us Weekly. Dynamo announced Heslin’s death via Instagram in July 2024.
