Just The News - Not The Noise
Russian forces launched a missile attack on Kyiv early Sunday, causing fires across parts of the Ukrainian capital and injuring at least three civilians, according to local authorities.
Additional strikes in other regions of Ukraine killed at least two more people, the Associated Press reported.
The attacks came as Ukraine has stepped up its drone operations inside Russia, targeting key infrastructure and military-related sites in an effort to disrupt Moscow’s war effort.
Ukrainian strikes have reportedly damaged energy facilities, contributed to fuel supply problems and added pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s government as Russian forces continue their offensive.
In Russian-controlled eastern Ukraine, Moscow-installed officials accused Ukrainian forces of carrying out a drone strike on the city of Horlivka that killed four civilians.
