Welsh Fire continued their winning start to the men's Hundred as they held their nerve for a 15-run win over MI London in Cardiff. Rachin Ravindra starred with a magnificent 98 from 44 balls in Welsh Fire's 167-5, whacking seven sixes in a match-winning partnership of 116 with Joe Root. Ravindra led the impressive recovery, reaching his half century from just 22 balls and striking his biggest six off Tom Curran, sending the ball out of the ground. He was on course for the Hundred's fastest century, surpassing Harry Brook's 41-ball effort in 2023, but was starved of the strike late in the innings and fell with two balls left.
