The 18-inch Mini-LED display on the Asus ROG Strix SCAR 18 G835LXG features a resolution of 3,840 x 2,400 pixels in a 16:10format and features 2,000 dimming zones as well as a refresh rate of 240 Hz. Thanks to the high refresh rate, motion is rendered extremely smoothly, which is particularly advantageous for gaming. The maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz is only available in GPU Ultimate Mode, which can be enabled via Armoury Crate. ASUS offers various display profiles with and without local dimming, allowing the panel to be customized for both gaming and image editing. In HDR mode, the display achieves very high peak brightness and benefits from excellent contrast with deep blacks.
