The creation of Legacy Virtual High School was discussed in a board meeting last Monday and faced no verbal opposition. If approved, the virtual school would open this fall, offering free, full-time enrollment to Katy ISD students and Texas residents. Supplemental courses would cost a fee, the district's website says. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
