Nike has informed Topsports and Pou Sheng that most of their online distribution rights will be terminated from January 1, 2027. Online Nike sales account for about 22% of Topsports' revenue and 15% of Pou Sheng's revenue. Reducing Nike's online presence through two major partners could create more space for domestic and international rivals. Current projections already assume the company's China sales will decline by about 10% during the second half.
