COURTENAY, N.D. – A crash in Stutsman County leaves two people dead and another with serious injuries. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened at around 10:15 Friday night on Highway 20 north of the town of Courtenay. According to the Patrol, a 23-year-old McHenry man was northbound on State Highway 20 at a high rate of speed when his pickup crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head on. A passenger in the pickup that was struck was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The crash is under investigation.
