Mortenson helped deliver the $1.15-billion Climate Pledge Arena, previously named ENR Northwest’s Project of the Year and a prominent example of zero-carbon and high-performance construction. ENR Northwest has selected Mortenson as its 2026 Contractor of the Year, recognizing the firm’s revenue growth, diversified project portfolio and leadership in high-performance construction. Mortenson reported more than $1.4 billion in West region revenue last year, a 9% increase, with the Pacific Northwest accounting for roughly two-thirds of the total. Its regional work spans health care, energy, higher education, advanced manufacturing, residential development and civic construction.
