Zymo is yet another restaurant that has closed this month in downtown Edmonton, adding, once again, to the long list of restaurants that have already shut their doors. The restaurant closed down permanently this week, alongside many other downtown Edmonton restaurants like Wilfred’s, Bündok, and many more spots in the area. Dalla Tavola Zenari was the restaurant that had previously occupied the same space as Zymo, having lasted around 40 years. We still believe it has incredible potential, just as we believe in Downtown Edmonton and in this amazing city.
