BL: The pink wire aka battery constant wire is dead confirmed by voltage check with multimeter. The red ignition wire tests good with multimeter. Fuse #7 has been replaced and the cigar lighter even works. I've pulled the dash and traced the pink wire almost to the fuse panel and dont see any fraying or other weird interruptions. I can tell the previous owner did something aftermarket with the radio, but its not apparent what exactly. I've now gone to far as to reach out to him to ask what... Strange Radio Wiring Issue
