To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Vernon's Gallery Vertigo is presenting a special exhibition by founder Judith Jurica. Jurica's vision and leadership was instrumental in establishing both the North Okanagan Artists Alternative Association (NOAA) and Gallery Vertigo. In 2000, Jurica initiated the NOAA, and in 2001 founded Gallery Vertigo as an artist-run centre in Vernon. Today, Gallery Vertigo remains a volunteer-operated, artist-run centre committed to those same ideals, continuing the work that began with Jurica's vision 25 years ago.
