Because when a Ukrainian attack drone fell down in a field and exploded, it didn't raise a single eyebrow. The Emergency Response Center only received a call when pieces of the drone were found in the field the next day. There was also a comment as though the destruction of the drone was somehow a grey area, because it was not an attack against Estonia. Even if it was fired by the Estonian defense forces themselves – it's the responsibility of the defense forces to identify it and bring it down. These two incidents give the impression that the Ministry of Defense and the defense forces are preparing to repel attacks against themselves, not against Estonia.
