The Brief The Defense Department confirmed Staff Sgt. Angel Rampersad died in the Iranian attack on a Jordanian air base. She was one of the four service members honored during Wednesday’s dignified transfer at Dover Air Force Base. Angel Rampersad was killed in the July 17 attack on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, the Pentagon reported.
