Recent polls give the Center Party around 45 percent support in Tallinn. This would currently translate into 38 seats in the city council, while 40 mandates are needed for a majority. The key question here is whether EKRE and The Right will make it in, as they are not too far from the threshold. If they do, there will be fewer votes to redistribute. The Center Party's current success has been aided, though not decisively, by the confusion in the capital this summer caused by the Reform Party's flawed two-stage withdrawal from the city coalition.
