California Governor Gavin Newsom over the last few months has garnered attention for his new approach to social media. Back in August, Governor Gavin Newsom tweeted that he "hated" Kid Rock before later asking the next day if "anyone noticed that since I said "I hate Kid Rock" he's no longer 'hot?'." And it seems like Governor Newsom has taken it a step even further yesterday (20th September) by tweeting, "Because of his horrific music, California will indefinitely suspend Kid Rock from performing in the Golden State. BECAUSE OF HIS HORRIFIC MUSIC, CALIFORNIA WILL INDEFINITELY SUSPEND KID ROCK FROM PERFORMING IN THE GOLDEN STATE. With that in mind, Newsom's suspension of Kid Rock performances can make it feel more like a commentary about free speech than anything else.
