She says she carried it to protect herself from an abusive ex-boyfriendFor bringing a conductive energy device (commonly known as a Taser) to the Sudbury Courthouse and ignoring a lifetime weapons ban, Tammi-Lynn Dundas has been issued a six-month conditional sentence.
Michel called the six-month conditional sentence Dundas “appropriate” in the circumstances.
The court heard through an agreed statement of facts that on Feb. 12, Dundas went to the Sudbury Courthouse.
