Two men thought to be migrants have arrived in the UK after rowing a tiny dinghy across the Channel. The men are understood to have been rescued by the RNLI during their rowing attempt. An HM Coastguard spokesperson said: "HM Coastguard has been responding to reports of a small boat in the channel with two people onboard. Their attempt comes two days after a record 165 migrants crossed in a single boat dubbed a "mega dinghy".
