Tyrael—A Low-Slung Bobber Based on the Interceptor 650
[]
Bike EXIF
With a 648 cc air-cooled engine and standard twin-shock frame geometry, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 can easily be many things.
Bobbers are stripped down, low-slung and usually require a sloping line from the stem to the rear axle, which the Interceptor 650 lacks in OE form.
Mean Green tucked an LED headlight deeper into the fork tubes, but the bullet-style taillight out back is the real star.
With the cosmetics handled, Mean Green threw their standard tune-up package at the bike—sharpening up the performance without affecting real-world reliability.
I’m amazed every time at what Mean Green can accomplish without disturbing core elements of the modern classics they work with.
