A Historic Stadium Gets a Modern UpgradeThe historic Reitz Bowl was built on Evansville’s west side back in 1921, and since then, it has become known as one of the best high school football stadiums in Indiana. What's New at the Reitz BowlIf you’ve been to the Reitz Bowl before, then you will immediately notice several improvements. The stadium is now fully ADA compliant, making it easier than ever for everyone in the community to enjoy Friday night football and other events. Enlow Field is receiving renovations similar to those at the Reitz Bowl, Harrison High School recently had new turf installed on its football field, and Central High School has a new track. And every EVSC high school football stadium will feature a new digital scoreboard this fall.
