1997 4 cyl with 183k miles. Just wondering if it's a common thing to overhaul/rebuild an engine when it doesn't necessarily have any active problems? Proactively? The vehicle is so basic and straightforward to work on I am wondering if I'm crazy for thinking I should pay someone to pull the engine and overhaul it during the winter when I'd be driving it less anyway.
