EDMONDS—At Monday’s court hearing, the two suspects who fled a stolen vehicle and invaded an Edmonds home were released without bail by Snohomish County District Court Commissioner Jennifer Millett.
Edmonds Police discovered a stolen vehicle during a routine vehicle check near the 8700 blk of Main Street just before 7:30 p.m., on Saturday, February 10.
However, Chief Deputy of the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Elise Deschenes, reduced the charge to misdemeanor criminal trespass citing the lack of evidence of intent to “commit a crime.”
KOMO News reports that he “has seven prior felony convictions, including for charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, burglary, theft, assault, and criminal mischief.”
Edmonds Police have taken the initial stolen vehicle as evidence.
