This is why South Jersey communities like Upper Township are moving forward with getting their own marijuana retail outlet in a high-traffic area. In response, another South Jersey Municipality is making an unprecedented move to become a regional leader in Cannabis Retail. The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission approved licenses for GreenCoast Dispensary LLC and LT Retail LLC to open retail outlets in Lower Township.
