In the narrow instances AI is authorized and used appropriately, staff are required to double-check each instance to ensure quality and accuracy. Staff are additionally required to notify their editors of each individual use of AI. Editors are responsible for ensuring all works, those with and without AI, remain consistant with our standards for quality, accuracy and ethics.
