Unfortunately right now the interest rate has gone up over the past couple of months and is now back up to 6.7%. Between the interest rate and the taxes I'm not sure how some people are affording houses because they are absolutely outrageously priced. That being said this house is actually pretty affordable and is one of the most unique houses we have ever seen in the Western New York area.
