Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation MLA Sandeep Saurav was arrested on Friday for allegedly inciting violence during a youth protest in Patna over the irregularities in the conduct of undergraduate National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, PTI reported.
