CAPE TOWN - Parliament's Section 89 Impeachment Committee chairperson, has studied the Western Cape High Court's full judgment. The Court granted President Cyril Ramaphosa's urgent application to interdict public hearings by the Committee looking into the Phala Phala farm scandal. Makashule Gana, said he has consulted with the legal team and that the preparatory work of the committee will continue.
