Dry weather will continue throughout the day, while afternoon temperatures soar into the 90s and even reach the triple digits in some locations. The National Weather Service in Bismarck says temperatures are once again expected to climb into the 90s and lower 100s across eastern Montana and western North Dakota. While the heat alone is enough to cause concern, strong winds and continued dry conditions will also create an elevated fire danger, especially across the western portions of the region.
