The Liberal Bee Jays drop their third straight opener at the NBC World Series. Friday afternoon at Eck Stadium in Wichita, the Bee Jays lost to the BTL Hornets 7-5. Liberal scored their lone run in the second thanks to a BTL error. But after a pair of strikeouts, the Bee Jays did not score. The Hornets scored three in the eighth on one hit, two walks, and a hit batter.
