The Port of Koper welcomed the maiden call of TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff Flow.
At 160,000 gross tons, the 333-meter-long ship is the largest cruise ship ever to call at the port, according to a social media post.
“Welcoming vessels of this scale further strengthens Koper’s position as an increasingly important Adriatic cruise destination and highlights the Port of Koper’s ability to accommodate the latest generation of cruise ships,” the post reads.
The LNG-powered Mein Schiff Flow is the cruise line’s second InTUItion-class ship.
For the first time in TUI Cruises’ history, three women acted as co-godmothers of a new ship.
