The Australian government's plan to save cash has been torn to shreds as reports emerge taxpayers could be on the hook for millions. In a move aimed at saving cash the Albanese government has announced a new Cash Distribution Framework Bill. This will give the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) new regulatory powers to better promote cash distribution and cash payments throughout Australia. Representative of the Transport Workers Union, Gavin Webb said two workers has been attacked at a southeast Queensland shopping centre in May. Armaguard's executive chair Peter Linfox said the company's owners had paid $125m to account for Armaguard's cash distribution losses.
