The report states a Ford F-150, driven by 77-year-old Leroy Brown of Wolcottville, was traveling south on S.R. Brown told deputies he didn’t see the horse-drawn buggy, also traveling south ahead of him, and struck it. The buggy operator, a 25-year-old woman, told authorities she was traveling south on S.R. The woman and 5-month-old were both thrown from the buggy, leaving the child with a head injury and the woman with a back injury.
