Sharon, Pennsylvania - Opal Pollock Bass Wright, age 90, of The Colony at St. Paul's and formerly of Sharon, passed away Thursday morning, July 23, 2026. In 1993, Opal and David relocated to Atlanta, GA, where Opal became a Master Gardner. In Pelham, Opal worked with local corrections officials to train prison trustees on how to properly prune shrubs, trees and ornamental plants. In December of 2023, the couple retired to the St. Paul's Senior Living Community, in Greenville, PA. Opal is survived by her husband, three sisters, two children, two stepchildren, nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
