Niagara Falls, NY - Billie J. (Cottle) Cooper, 96, of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed away on July 20, 2026. Born on March 31, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Ottis and Bessie (Wells) Cottle and the wife of the late Harold Cooper of 77 years. Billie served as a former Grand Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. Billie was the most precious mother of six children, David (Saundra) Cooper, Kathryn (late Donald) Jennings, Kenneth (late Linda) Cooper, Carol (John) Uber, the late Diane Cooper and Amy (Paul) Kudla.
