Vincenza Galatone has been named the new chair of the Condominium Authority of Ontario’s (CAO) board of directors. Galatone has served on the CAO board for the past five years and brings extensive governance experience to the role. During her tenure, she has served as chair of the governance committee, chair of the outreach, education and engagement committee, chair of the CEO search committee, and as a member of the interim leadership operational oversight committee. “The Board remains committed to strong governance, continuity of oversight and advancing the CAO’s mandate to support Ontario’s condominium communities,” said Galatone. Outgoing Chair Allison Scanlan, who has served as this role since October 2023, will continue serving as a director until the CAO’s annual general meeting in September.
