President Donald Trump on Friday will deliver remarks at the rescheduled White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, months after gunfire brought the annual banquet to an abrupt end. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News that Trump is delivering on a promise to attend the rescheduled event. "We look forward to a great and fun evening celebrating 250 years of American greatness and a free press," Leavitt said. While the annual dinner is historically held at the Washington Hilton, Friday's dinner will be held at the Waldorf Astoria and will have a smaller guest list than that of April's ill-fated dinner. Secret Service rushed the president and first lady from the room as guests ducked for cover.
