But the donations that kept Post Modern Times afloat are running low.
Owner Dylan Alverson instituted a pay-what-you-can model at Post Modern Times.
"We started this as a protest and continued as a promise to keep feeding people with your donations," the Post Modern announcement continued.
Alverson said more than half a million dollars in donations poured in, allowing Post Modern to continue feeding impoverished and unhoused Minnesotans.
"I found myself this winter at a point of seriously considering closing Modern Times," he said.
