Hamilton County, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–A Garden City man died Friday morning in a two-vehicle accident around 9:45 a.m., about 11 miles west of the U.S. Highway 50/Kansas Highway 27 junction in Hamilton County. The Arellano vehicle continued toward the southwest, colliding twice with a guard rail before coming to rest. The Cacique vehicle came to rest in the eastbound lane. Arellano was taken to Fellers Funeral Home, and was wearing a seatbelt. Cacique and passenger, 64-year-old Alfonso Navarretearzola of Granada, CO were uninjured, and were not wearing seatbelts, according to the KHP Report.
