Addressing a party convention, Bukhari said the city continues to face multiple challenges and that no meaningful steps have been taken to improve public infrastructure or enhance the quality of life of residents.
Our youth are our greatest asset and it is our collective responsibility to protect and nurture them,” Bukhari said.
Reiterating his demand for dialogue between the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the Centre, Bukhari urged the Government of India to initiate a meaningful engagement, particularly with the youth, to bridge the trust deficit and address public concerns.
Bukhari also highlighted issues faced by residents of the Hazratbal constituency, alleging that the government had failed to address public grievances despite people exercising their democratic right to elect representatives.
Appealing for support to the Apni Party, he said the party belonged to the people and not any individual or family.
