A prominent figure in University of Alabama athletics media has been charged with soliciting prostitution after being arrested Thursday as part of a human trafficking sting in north Shelby County.
Aaron Suttles, who serves as Director of Content for Yea Alabama, the University of Alabama's Name, Image and Likeness collective, was one of 15 people arrested in the operation, according to Court records filed in Shelby County District Court.
A complaint shows Suttles was charged with soliciting prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor.

He is a former sportswriter who worked at The Tuscaloosa News before moving into his current role with Yea Alabama, which manages NIL deals and content for Alabama athletes.
