Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On July 19, 2026, at approximately 12:46 a.m., a Missoula Police Department officer observed a green Toyota Camry travelling past the police station on Ryman Street without headlights and taillights illuminated. After exiting the vehicle, the officer observed Ngurunziza had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his person. When asked to conduct the Standardized Field Sobriety tests, Ngurunziza refused. When provided the Preliminary Alcohol Screen Test advisory, Ngurunziza refused. When provided the Implied Consent advisory, Ngurunziza refused.
