A Davenport man has been charged after police say he threatened a vape shop employee with a knife during an alleged robbery late last year. Investigators allege that 46-year-old Ryan Smith went behind the store counter, shoved an employee and threatened to stab them during the incident. Ryan Smith, 46, of Davenport.
