The soon-to-open London Museum has announced more details of the non-museum stuff that museums need – such as the food and drink they will be offering.
What we call the restaurants and cafes, they call “major hospitality concepts” with four “distinct food and drink destinations” that will come with a “food curator”.
The main restaurant will be Clerks House, with space for 140 people, located inside the museum’s main ground-floor site.
The London Museum is scheduled to open on 28th November 2026.
The cafe and restaurants – sorry, major hospitality concepts – will be managed by Green & Fortune, which has been awarded a 10-year contract.
