PC: In your February piece, you called 2025 a "year of two halves," with early optimism giving way to caution. You predicted a parallel shift toward precision medicine, mirrored by precision marketing and commercial tactics, targeting fewer, high-value therapies/patient groups instead of broad reach. Clients increasingly want deep scientific understanding, commercial insight and, perhaps most importantly, confidence in the people sitting across the table. How have you observed this balance play out in commercial operations in 2026?
