Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Catherine Annette Rhodes Seng died in her sleep on Thursday, June 18, 2026, while residing at St. James Place in Baton Rouge. She was born April 15, 1944, in Mobile, Alabama to William Arthur Rhodes, Sr. and Myrtle Boyd Rhodes. She is survived by her son, Arthur James Seng of Baton Rouge and her brother, William A. Rhodes, Jr. of Proctor, Texas. Annette graduated from Bogalusa High School in May 1962 and enrolled in LSU the following August. Service will be held Sat., Aug. 29 at University United Methodist Church 3350 Dalrymple Dr, at 2pm.
