Sidekick, a new all-day dining concept centred on wing-led comfort food, sharing plates and standout cocktails, will open this July at The Dean Docklands in Dublin and The Dean Galway. MenuBuilt around a menu of signature chicken wings, smash burgers, and loaded plates, Sidekick draws on American BBQ traditions with a contemporary edit. Wings are offered in Buffalo, Spicy BBQ or Gochujang glazes, alongside BBQ pork ribs, loaded brisket waffle fries, hot dogs and brisket buns.
