Prime Video has finally set a release date for Blade Runner 2099 after a very long wait for news for fans of the franchise. The series marks the first live-action Blade Runner television show, extending a universe that began with Ridley Scott's 1982 film and continued with Denis Villeneuve's sequel, Blade Runner 2049.
