US-based tax and advisory company Doeren Mayhew has acquired Houston-based CPA practice Sowers & Company for an undisclosed sum. Sowers & Company was founded around two decades ago by Jason Sowers and has since been built up with the support of shareholder Erin Fowler. All Sowers & Company employees have also moved across to Doeren Mayhew and are now based in its Houston office.
